ZORA Refund Policy
ZORA is a brand of LIBERTY COMPLIANCE, INC., located at 6008 Lansdowne Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19151. Our payment processing and billing is handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription purchases made through the ZORA application.
Our Commitment
We believe every family deserves a fair experience. If ZORA has not served your child well, we want to make it right. We ask that you contact us directly before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider — we resolve billing concerns promptly and with care.
Free Tier
ZORA's free tier — including Levels 1 through 10, one Anthem, and full sandpaper tracing — is permanently available at no cost. No payment is required to access these features and no refund request is applicable to the free tier.
Subscription Refunds
14-Day Satisfaction Promise: If you purchase a Village Pass or Family Village subscription and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date by contacting us at hello@zoravillage.com with the subject line "Refund Request." We will process your refund through Paddle within 5 to 10 business days. This promise applies to your first purchase of each subscription tier only.
Annual Subscriptions: If you purchase an annual Village Pass ($49.99/year) and request a refund after the 14-day satisfaction window, we will consider pro-rated refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a pro-rated refund, contact hello@zoravillage.com with your purchase date and reason for cancellation.
Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable after the 14-day satisfaction window. You retain full access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing period upon cancellation.
School Village: School Village licenses ($500/year per grade level) are non-refundable after 30 days from the purchase date. Refund requests within 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact hello@zoravillage.com for all School Village billing inquiries.
Payment Failures and Grace Period: If a subscription payment fails, ZORA provides a 7-day grace period during which your access remains fully active. If payment is recovered within 7 days, no interruption to your Village occurs. If payment is not recovered after 7 days, your account returns to the free tier and your child's progress is fully preserved.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@zoravillage.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your account email address and your purchase date. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Chargeback Policy and Consequences of Unauthorized Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving all billing issues fairly and promptly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we strongly encourage you to contact us at hello@zoravillage.com — we will work to resolve your concern directly.
Please be advised that initiating a chargeback through your financial institution without first contacting hello@zoravillage.com and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter may be considered fraudulent misrepresentation where applicable law permits such a finding. In such cases, LIBERTY COMPLIANCE, INC. reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate your ZORA account, revoke access to all subscription features, and pursue recovery of disputed amounts through available legal remedies. Any child progress data associated with a suspended account will be preserved for 90 days following suspension to allow for account reinstatement upon resolution of the dispute.

Your Child's Progress
Regardless of refund or cancellation status, your child's Soul Stones, mastered sounds, and Village progress are never deleted. Your data belongs to your family. Always.
